On 18 June 2016, after six months orbiting the Earth on the International Space Station, Tim Peake returned to Earth in the Soyuz TMA-19M descent module.
Since 27 September 2018 Tim Peake’s Spacecraft has travelled across the UK, starting in Bradford and ending in Belfast as Samsung and the Science Museum Group present The National Tour of Tim Peake’s Spacecraft. Until 10 February 2019, this historic craft will be on display at National Museum Cardiff, complete with scorch marks from its re-entry through the atmosphere.
More information and full tour dates can be found on the Science Museum Group website.
